Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KronLeads platform and services (the "Service") provided by KronLeads ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

These Terms are an agreement between you and VAMPD 24 LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria under EIK 208077602 (VAT BG208077602), with its registered address at Troshevo, Geo Milev 83, floor 7, apt 34, Varna, Bulgaria, represented by its managing director Aleksandar Goshev. VAMPD 24 LTD trades as "KronLeads", and "we", "our" and "us" in these Terms refer to VAMPD 24 LTD.

KronLeads is an AI-powered B2B prospecting platform that automates lead discovery, website crawling, AI-based prospect scoring, personalized cold email generation, and reply classification. The Service integrates with Google Gmail, Google Sheets, and Telegram via authorized OAuth connections you control.

The Service is provided "as a software tool." You remain solely responsible for the content of any emails sent through the Service and for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable law, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other jurisdiction applicable to you or your recipients).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails in violation of applicable anti-spam legislation.
• Target individuals rather than businesses (the Service is for B2B outreach only).
• Send emails containing false, misleading, or deceptive subject lines or sender information.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in a manner that violates the terms of the target websites.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure.
• Circumvent daily sending limits, suppression lists, or other built-in safeguards.
• Target recipients in any territory listed in section 3 (Restricted Territories).
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use requirements.

3. Restricted Territories

Some jurisdictions prohibit unsolicited commercial email outright, including between businesses. You may not use the Service to target recipients located in, or businesses established in, the following territories:

• Germany — German unfair-competition law (UWG §7) treats unsolicited commercial email as an unreasonable nuisance. Unlike most of the EU there is no B2B exemption: prior consent is required even between businesses, and the rule is actively enforced through Abmahnung (cease-and-desist) claims.
• Austria — Austrian unfair-competition law (UWG §7) applies the same prohibition and the same consent requirement.
• Canada — Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires express or implied consent before a commercial electronic message may be sent, with per-message penalties and potential personal liability for company officers.

This restriction is enforced in the product: campaigns naming a restricted country or one of its cities as their target country or search area are rejected, and cannot be created or edited into that state. Attempting to circumvent this restriction — for example by disguising the target geography, or by importing recipient lists in restricted territories — is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension under section 2.

We may add territories to this list as legislation changes. Where practical we will give notice before doing so, but we may act immediately where continued sending would be unlawful.

This list reflects the jurisdictions we currently restrict and is not legal advice. You remain responsible for confirming that your outreach complies with the law applicable to you and to your recipients everywhere you send, including in territories we do not restrict.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@kronleads.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.

5. Payment Terms

KronLeads subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are quoted in EUR and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Payment is processed securely via our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is resolved.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused prospecting credits.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@kronleads.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date. No prorated refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period.

We may cancel or suspend your subscription at any time for cause (e.g., violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse). In such cases, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

7. Intellectual Property

KronLeads and all underlying technology, software, algorithms, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during your subscription term solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including campaign configurations and prospect lists generated on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KronLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KronLeads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) emails sent via the Service by you or on your behalf; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@kronleads.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on this page at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
